We make every effort to accurately display colours and details. However, colours may vary depending on your screen settings. Minor variations between photographs and the delivered artwork do not constitute a defect. Because original artworks are handmade, slight variations, textures, and imperfections are part of their unique character.
Original Artwork
Each original artwork is unique. Once sold, identical replacements cannot be provided.
If an original artwork is lost or damaged during shipping before delivery, we will either provide a full refund or offer an alternative artwork if available and agreed.
Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, photographs, designs, text, and website content remain our intellectual property unless expressly stated otherwise.
Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright.
Customers may not reproduce, scan, distribute, commercially exploite, or create derivative works from purchased artwork without prior written permission.
Limited Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products.
Privacy summary
- Only the information needed to process orders and inquiries should be collected.
- Contact details should be used only for communication related to the request.
- Payment data should be handled by the payment processor rather than stored by the site.
